Oplan Manhunt Charlie arrested 16 Wanted Persons
CAMP MARCELO A ADDURU, TUGUEGARAO CITY- Police Regional Office 2 in its intensified campaign on Oplan Manhunt Charlie arrested sixteen (16) wanted persons to include 2 top most wanted in separate police operations.
PRO2 Regional Director PBGEN JOSE MARIO M ESPINO in his report to PNP Chief, PGEN OSCAR DAVID ALBAYALDE stated that at about 4:30 AM of August 14, 2019 in Brgy. Almaguer North, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya, personnel of Bambang PS arrested Domingo Estacio y Valdez (Top 9 most wanted, Provincial Level), 55 years old, married, tricycle driver and a resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest (WOA) for the crime of Rape.
At about 2:30 PM of August 13, 2019 in San Ramon, Aglipay, Quirino, personnel of Aglipay PS arrested Severo Magastino y Vicente (Top 9 Municipal Level), 59 years old, married, farmer and a resident of said place by virtue of WOA for Violation of RA 9262 "Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004".
Meanwhile, other arrested wanted persons were identified as Juanito Rapadas y Dalupang, 49 years old, married, Brgy. Captain, Marcial Macababbad y Quilang, 38 years old, married, Brgy. Kagawad, Evelyn Simeon y Esteban, 48 years old, married, Brgy. Kagawad, Maryglo Meriales y Viterbo, 42 years old, married, Brgy. Kagawad; Joseph Pascual y Bareno, 43 years old, married, Brgy. Kagawad; Joel Forto y Castillejo, 44 years old, married, Brgy. Kagawad, Enrique Forto y Abaya, 58 years old, married, Brgy. Kagawad; Rosemarie Viterbo y Forto, 41 years old and Rolando Galicia y Agustin, 50 years old, married, all residents of Brgy. Antagan 1st, Tumauini, Isabela by virtue of WOA for the crime of Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Homicide; Mila Baccay y Buncag, for the crime of Estafa (4 counts); Eugene Taipan y Valdez for the crime of Estafa through Falsification of Public Documents; Mary Jane Munar for the crime of Adultery; Julius Esteban Dela Cruz for the crime of Less Serious Physical injury and German Danao Gumban for the crime of RIR in Double Homicide and Damage to Property.
RD ESPINO commended the operating personnel for the successful conduct of police operations.
