3 more drug personalities nabbed in Cagayan Valley

 CAMP MARCELO A. ADDURU, TUGUEGARAO CITY –Three (3) drug pushers were arrested in separate drug buy-bust operations in Santiago City and Cordon, Isabela yesterday, August 9, 2019.

  Arrested suspects were identified as Wilson Santiago Lomboy, 42 years old, married, and a resident of Purok 5, Nagassican, Santiago City; Cornelio Devera Mangino, 46 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Bugallon Proper Purok 2, Ramon, Isabela; and  Sean Lewis Catacutan, 17 years old, single, Grade 10 student and a resident of Victory Sur, Santiago City.

  PRO2 RD PBGEN JOSE MARIO M ESPINO in his report to PGEN OSCAR DAVID ALBAYALDE stated that at about 7:10 PM of same date at Purok Paraiso, Brgy. Batal, Santiago City, personnel of CDEU and PS1, Santiago CPO conducted buy-bust operation at said place that resulted in the arrest of Lomboy for selling two (2) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu to a police officer who acted as poseur buyer in consideration of Php500.00 bill used as buy-bust money.

  On same date at about 7:30 PM at  Purok Paraiso, Brgy Batal, Santiago City, joint personnel of CDEU, PS1, Santiago CPO and Ramon PS, Isabela PPO conducted buy-bust operation at said place that resulted in the arrest of Mangino  for selling one (1) piece heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu . Confiscated from the suspect were Php500.00 bill used as buy-bust money and one (1) sachet of shabu.

  Meanwhile, on same date at about 6:40 PM  in Magsaysay, Cordon, Isabela, Catacutan was arrested by the personnel of Cordon PS after a succesful drug buy-bust operation at said place that resulted in the confiscation of one (1) piece zip lock transparent plastic sachet containing suspected dried Marijuana leaves and Php1,000.00 bill used as buy-bust money.

  A case for violation of RA 9165 is now being prepared for filing against the suspects.
