RLDDD reminds PRO2 to balance career and family for a better public service
CAMP MARCELO A. ADDURU, TUGUEGARAO CITY- “It is imperative to know our work values that distinctly subset our personal beliefs and ideas over profession that aims not to affect our career growth nor affect our relationship,” Regional Learning and Doctrine Development Division (RLDDD) Asst Chief, PLTCOL RUFINA B BALANO in his message during the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony today, July 15, 2019 held at the PRO2 Grandstand.
PLTCOL BALANO who was the speaker during the activity stressed out that there is no harm to balance career and family in the performance of the mandated duties and functions as public servant. She emphasized that taking accountability is very challenging, choosing career above family matters is not necessary, likewise on sacrificing vowed service construes obliterating leadership. “This proves that we shall whole- heartedly accept that this chosen profession no other than law enforcement job demands a higher quality service among the envisions of a highly capable, effective and credible police service working in partnership with a responsive community towards the attainment of a safer to live, work and do business,” She added.
Meanwhile, part of the activity was the awarding of PRO2 personnel who demonstrated devotion to duty during the conduct of police operations. Medalya ng Kagalingan was awarded to PCPT JHUN JHUN B BALISI; PEMS Samuel D Garcia; PCMS Larymar Paguirigan and PSSg Edimar V Binua Jr.
