PRO2 Oplan Manhunt Charlie Nets 10 Wanted Persons

 CAMP MARCELO A ADDURU, TUGUEGARAO CITY- Police Regional Office 2 in its intensified campaign on Oplan Manhunt Charlie arrested 10 individuals to include two (2) top most wanted in separate police operation yesterday, January 11, 2018.

 Newly Designated Cagayan PPO Provincial Director PSSUPT IGNACIO R CUMIGAD JR in his report to PRO2 Regional Director PCSUPT JOSE MARIO M ESPINO said that at about 5:45 PM of same date in Brgy Bagumbayan, Tuao, Cagayan, Joint personnel of Tuao PS, Cagayan PPO and Llanera PS, Nueva Ecija PPO arrested Romulo Acuna Balunsat (No. 10 MWP, Provincial Level) 27 years old, married and a resident of Brgy Bagumbayan, Tuao, Cagayan by virtue of Warrant of Arrest (WOA) for the crime of Rape in relation to RA No. 7610. While at about 1:00 PM of same date in Brgy Ugac Norte, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Personnel of Tuguegarao CPS arrested Miguel Gozum Chua (Top. 9 Most wanted, City Level), 32 years old, single and a resident of Brgy Tallungan, Aparri, Cagayan by virtue of WOA for the crime of Robbery.

 Meanwhile, Other individuals who were arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest were identified as Sarah Camille Salazar Garcia, 34 y/o, single for the crime of Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Homicide; arrested Marie Hazel Matammu Abellanosa, 38 years old for the crime of Estafa; arrested Martina Sierra Lallaban, 91 years old for the crime of Falsification of Public Document; Marian Madona Agcaoili Bagunu, 49 years old for the crime of Estafa; Julian Masirag Bancud Jr 64 years old for the crime of Theft; Venancia Jacinto Orque, 76 years old for the crime of Frustrated Murder; Remy Asuncion Bareng, 60 years old for the crime of RIR in Homicide, Serious Physical Injuries and Damage to Property; Reginald Rosario Sampayan, 34 years old for the crime of  Light Threats and Malicious Mischief.

 RD ESPINO Commended the operating personnel for the successful conduct of police operations.
